Failure to format target links strictly causes server drop-offs for which the user is exclusively responsible.

• Public Visibility: Target accounts, pages, channels, and posts must remain completely Public before, during, and after processing. Submitting private accounts leads to immediate failed queues with unrecoverable funds.
• Username/Handle Changes: Changing an account username, post link, or setting country/age locks while an order is "In Progress" or "Pending" terminates the service stream permanently without refill or compensation.
• No Dual/Concurrent Submissions: Never place overlapping orders for the same link concurrently across the same or different services. Allow the active order's counter to conclude fully before re-submitting.

All transactional funds submitted to account balances are handled through strict merchant processing guidelines.

• Finality of Balances: All payments made to JustSMMProvider are definitive. Balances are credited directly for promotional use on the portal and are not refundable back to original payment methods (Paytm, UPI, Cards, Crypto).
• Disputes and Chargebacks: Filing unauthorized payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraudulent bank recalls results in permanent account suspension and complete forfeiture of platform access.
• Cancelled Queue Refunds: In the rare technical event that an order status shifts to "Canceled" by the system, the corresponding amount automatically returns to your account balance credit.

Social media algorithms execute routine verification purges which can cause natural retention variances.

• Refill Conditions: Refill requests are only processed for services displaying an explicit Refill Guarantee in their title or description.
